Introduction

Authentication and authorization are two vital information security processes that administrators use to protect systems and information. Authentication verifies the identity of a user or service, and authorization determines their access rights.

Pre-requisite

• KingDee ERP Galaxy Client Installed.
• Username and Password provided by your organization IT Administrator

Step 1: Click on the Windows Start up at the far bottom left of your windows

Step 2: Type “KingDee“

Step 3: Launch and the screen above will appear initializing the application which leads you to the login screen

The Login screen allows you switch between English and Madarin(Chinese -Simplified)

When you network connection is not stable you might see the screen below
